• Salary Grade/Salary Minimum:
  8/Minimum: 21,400
  
  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  Check handbills against freight to be delivered. Load freight on trucks and deliver to departments. Pick up outgoing freight. Unload incoming freight and visually inspect condition. Perform routine maintenance on trucks and equipment. Perform related duties as assigned.
  
  Minimum Qualifications:
  Ability to read and write. Valid driver's license. Eligible for liability insurance. Ability to lift, move, and load heavy, bulky objects. Any equivalent combination of related experience and/or education approved by the Department of Human Resources Management.

  None
  
  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
• Attention to detail - verify accuracy of information 
• Communication-provide updates to supervisors and departments 
  Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
  Exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures when loading or unloading freight. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
