A full-time tenure-track position a the Assistant/Associate Professor level to teach courses in Organizational Behavior and/or Human Resources for Fall 2026 at the undergraduate and graduate level for the Management and Information Systems Department.

Salary Grade:  UC

For salary grade UC, these positions are "Unclassified" and salary ranges are determined by the hiring department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate undergraduate and graduate courses.
Engage in research that leads to publications in top journals.
Fulfill service obligations to department, college, and university.

Minimum Qualifications:

Successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in Management or a closely related field. ABD candidates will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to teach Organizational Behavior and/or Human Resources.
Demonstrated ability to do research that leads to publication in top journals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to conduct quality teaching.
Ability to conduct research that leads to publication in top journals.
Willingness and ability to provide appropriate level of department, college, and university service.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work with students and colleagues.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

This position is a teaching position that does not require physical effort beyond that of a traditional classroom environment.
