Assist the department in the growing of programs and student support demands. This role provides essential coordination and administrative support for academic programs, student services, and departmental operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing departmental scheduling and administrative process of schedules.
2. Assist with program planning and execution
3. Coordinate student and faculty support activities.
4. Ensure compliance, with institutional policies and procedures.
5. Work with the Associate Deans to maintain syllabi for undergraduate and graduate programs, catalog updates, and the College of Education website.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters's degree in related field
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of and experience with programs to analyze data such as Excel and SPSS. Knowledge of and skill in working with Microsoft Access, and Word. Familiarity with syllabi accreditation requirements and procedures.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment; no or very limited exposure to physical risk; no or very limited physical effort required.
