The Director of On-Campus Recruiting for the football program is responsible for the planning and execution of all recruiting operations. This role involves overseeing and managing the operations, ensuring NCAA compliance, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manages the accounting system for football program.
2. Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, travel, personnel, or related functions and maintenance of records.
3. Oversee ordering, care, maintenance, and utilization of department equipment, supplies, and inventories.
4. Develop financial statements such as billings, budgets, and cost reports.
5. Maintain/update recruiting books (general and individual).
6. Manage all cash transactions, including overseeing cash handling, issuing receipts, recording transactions, and preparing bank deposits. Responsible for maintaining accurate cash records, reconciling cash reports, and ensuring the cash fund is balanced.
7. Perform campus and athletic facility tours.
8. Organize and assist with all Recruiting Visits.
9. Assist with summer camps (organize one-day visits and Big Dawg camp).
10. Assist Senior Director of Recruiting Strategy.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field with two (2) years of related experience.

Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience approved by Human Resources Management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to work long and irregular hours.
• Excellent organizational, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel and stay overnight.
• Valid Drivers’ License.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

• Regularly involves lifting, bending or other physical exertion.
• Often exposed to one or more elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc. with one to the point of being objectionable. Injuries may require professional treatment.
• Job frequently requires standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping/kneeling/ crouching/ crawling, talking, hearing, handling objects with hands, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
• Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
