Position Function:

Plans, organizes, and facilitates all video-related responsibilities for the football team.

Salary Grade:  16

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Program administrator for XOS Thunder and provides maintenance to software.
2. Oversee all post-production videos.
3. Responsible for on-field video point during practice and creates schedule for all video personnel covering practice.
4. Supervises the Assistant Director of Football Technology and the FB Video (Fellow).
5. Hire and oversee student staff.
6. Oversee management and inventory of all building technology and video equipment.
7. Manage practice, game, and recruit cutups for assistant coaches.
8. Ensure all audio/visual equipment in meeting rooms are set-up and functioning correctly.
9. Take the lead on fixing any audio/visual problems within Football office.
10. Manage post-practice and post-game workflow and production efforts.
11. Responsible for audio visual set-up in home and away game hotels.
12. Responsible for assisting head coach with any technical issues that arise from zoom, webex, and other virtual meetings.
13. Performs additional duties as assigned by the Director of Football Operations, Senior Associate Athletic Director for Football, and Head Football Coach.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field with three (3) years of experience in football.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Demonstrates high level of experience administrating audio visual role within college athletics.
2. Knowledge of XOS software.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Demonstrates ability to work concurrently on several tasks and/or projects.
5. Ability to work nights and weekends.
6. Knowledge of NCAA rules.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Job frequently requires walking, standing, lifting, sitting, reaching, talking, hearing, and handling objects with hands.
Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
